The screened side porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. And there’s a completely fenced-in backyard and patio. Walk to many great restaurants and shops. Three miles to downtown. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook a great meal if you choose to stay in. There’s a gas fireplace in the open living area, along with a smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. and plenty of comfortable seating. Keyless entry makes it easy to come and go at your convenience. Other things to note There’s a two-night minimum generally, and a three-night minimum during special events and on holiday weekends. The property is fully permitted by Metro Nashville.
