Ambient lighting and comfortable outdoor furniture create the perfect atmosphere for dining under the stars and lingering over drinks. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen awaits with everything you need to prepare family meals. The adjoining dining room seats six comfortably, and a charming breakfast nook houses a coffee bar complete with single‑serve, drip and French press coffee makers so you can start each morning just the way you like. The sleeping quarters offer peace and privacy after your adventures: Primary suite: king bed, en‑suite bath with shower/soaking tub combo and separate toilet room, generous counter space and a walk‑in closet with full‑length mirror. Second bedroom: king bed with ample closet space. Third bedroom: queen bed, ideal for adults or teens. All bedrooms feature their own HD TV, plush linens and plenty of storage. The shared guest bath has a walk‑in shower. The garage will be inaccessible during your stay as we utilize it for storage, and while the pool is unheated, the Arizona sunshine keeps it refreshing most of the year. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage which is used for storage. Parking is available in the driveway or along the street. Other things to note Unfortunately, our pool is not heated. Please note that our pool cleaner normally stops by on Thursdays or Fridays and just lets himself in through the side yard gate. This is typical of pool cleaners in the area and we like to mention it so guests are not alarmed. We have a service that takes our trash cans to the curb on Wednesdays and returns them to the side yard after pickup on Thursdays.
