CLEANLINESS – SHARED RESPONSIBILITY • This is NOT A HOTEL. You are staying in a shared environment with other guests. • Cleaning staff visits once daily to maintain common areas, but guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including washing their own dishes and removing personal trash. • Guests must leave the bathroom, kitchen, and dining areas clean after use. **A $25 fee will apply for unwashed dishes or if the bathroom is left dirty. • No refunds will be issued due to mess caused by other guests. • Linens and towels are freshly laundered, but minor stains from regular use may be present. • Some signs of wear and tear may be present on the property. ⸻ 6.
