Quiet Hours All hours are considered quiet hours. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Parties & Events No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Guest Policy Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests will incur a $500 fee per person. Pet Policy Pets are welcome by prior approval only. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Pet fees: • $25 per day, per pet • $150 per week, per pet • $300 per month, per pet (long-term stays) Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a $500 fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive pet hair, odor, or damage is found after check-out. Certain breeds (including bully breeds) are not permitted, and multiple pets require prior approval. We kindly ask that you: • Keep pets off furniture or use protective covers • Maintain proper grooming and hygiene to prevent odors Smoking Policy Smoking is allowed outdoors only, in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fine. Check-Out Guidelines To help our cleaning team prepare for the next guests, please: • Place all used towels and bed linens at the foot of each bed • Take out all trash and dispose of it in the designated bins Cleaning fees cover standard turnover only and do not include excessive cleaning due to improper departure. Maintenance & Property Access Please report any issues upon arrival or as soon as they arise so we can address them promptly. The host, maintenance, or housekeeping staff may access the property if needed. Notice will be provided whenever possible. Security Any cameras on the property are located outside only for security purposes. Please refer to your reservation details for confirmation. Amenities If a grill is provided, please note that it is not maintained regularly. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill before and after each use.
