Located in a gated community near shopping, dining, golf, and major attractions, this home is the perfect base for your Disney getaway. ✨ Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except locked owner closets. Be ready to relax and have fun at the luxury Solterra Resort. It is a gated resort with fantastic amenities, minutes away from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studio, and I-Drive . You can spend all day in the huge resort-style pool with water slides. Sip the cocktail at the pool side tiki bar and grill, or float around the lazy river on a tube to make your vacation truly enjoyable. Fitness and sport enthusiasts, don't forget to check out the fitness center, volleyball, and tennis court. We need to collect the number of guests in the reservation including children. The primary guest on the reservation will need to provide government issued form of identification that matches the name on the reservation and the license plate of the primary vehicle. These information are needed to send to the gate to ensure that you will have access at the gate and to keep the resort safe and enjoyable by authorized guests. We do not store these information anywhere after you check out. Pool Slide Rules: The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must follow the resort's rules and regulations when ridding the slide . Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate. Facility Hours: Pool: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Lazy River: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.* Slide: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.* Gym: 5 a.m. – 10 p.m. Tennis Courts: Dawn to Dusk *Lazy River and Slide hours will change based on seasons. Hours are posted at the Solterra Resort Clubhouse. Other things to note We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out. There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation that guests will have to pay it at the club house if decided to use the Solterra Resort Amenities. The fee below is subject to change and can only be paid with a credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted. 1-12 Guests: $35 13+ Guests: $45 Optional amenities if you would like to add: Heated Pool: $40/day when booked in advance (before arrival), or $50/day if added during your stay. Pool heat is optional and must be purchased for the entire stay. All requests require at least 48 hours’ notice. Pool heat is non-refundable. ***Pool Heat Special Terms & Conditions*** ---------------------------------------------- • When pool heat is requested, the heater is turned on the 24 hrs before check-in. It can take several hours before the pool reaches the desired temperature. • Pool heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening • The pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for running the heat pump and the electricity use that goes with it for 8-10 hours a day. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day due to ambient weather conditions during the day and night. • The average final water temperature will be between 78°F to 86°F. Note: The pool heaters will not heat the pool to 'bath' temperature or like a spa. The heater will be in operation for up to 12 hours each day (at the same time as the pool pump is running); they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason, the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat. • Pool heat pumps thrive on heat from the atmosphere. Because of this, during operation at lower temperatures, a pool heat pump may not be able to heat the pool quite as high as preferred. • Only our pool personnel are authorized to change the pool heater settings. If the guest changes any settings, this will result in extra charges • Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. We will do everything we can to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Compensation will be limited to the amount paid for pool heat during the days that the pool heater has not been running only. ---------------------------------------------- We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you booked, we will send you a link to finish the booking and sign the rental agreement. The door code will be sent to you a day before you arrive. There is a Ring Camera at the front facing the entryway. This camera allows us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door. Please do not cover the Ring Camera.
