A Pocono Country Place (APCP) is one of the largest gated communities in the Poconos and offers a wide range of amenities and activities for guests and residents. * 🏊 Swimming is allowed at the designated E-Beach swimming area; you should not swim anywhere else in the lake. * 🎟️ Amenity badges are required for people using the community amenities. Current information says people over age 3 need a valid badge/pass. * 🚤 Private watercraft have a designated launch location at F-Beach. E-Beach is reserved for swimming/bathing and Association-operated watercraft. * 🛶 Kayaks/canoes and other non-motorized watercraft are generally permitted, subject to community rules. * ⚠️ Swimming is at your own risk, and conditions/amenity hours can change. 🚨 IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT TAKE THE BADGES HOME or DISCARD them. All badges must be returned to the property and placed back in their designated location at the end of your stay. Otherwise $150 fine will be applied. The beaches at the community lake may be closed without prior notice if the lake fails its periodic water quality testing.
