Guest access 1. Lobby Check-In Upon arrival, please stop by the front desk in the lobby to complete your check-in. You will need to present a valid photo ID at the front desk. 2. Elevator Access After you have checked in, the receptionist will grant you elevator access so you can go up to the 23rd floor. 3. Entering the Unit Use the door code we provided to unlock the door and enter the unit. 4. Key Fob Inside the unit, you will find a key fob with a remote control. This device is required to access certain areas of the building. 1. Check-in in the lobby Upon arrival, please stop by the front desk in the lobby to complete your check-in. You will be required to present valid photo identification at the front desk. 2. Access to the elevator Once check-in is complete, the receptionist will give you access to the elevator to go up to the 23rd floor. 3. Entrance to the unit Please use the door code we provided to open the door and enter the unit. 4. Keychain Inside the unit, you will find a keychain with a remote control. This device is required to access certain areas of the building. Other things to note Please note that the building does not accept package deliveries for short-term stays. Please check with your host before ordering any items. The replacement cost for a lost remote control is $200, and this amount will be charged if the remote is not returned.
