Perfect for year-round adventure and relaxation. The space This two story chalet consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 updated baths. The entry level comes equipped with a modern chef’s kitchen with all your cooking necessities. The open concept living space is roomy and boasts a dining area and cozy seating around the fireplace(great after cold day of skiing/sledding). The lower level has a modern updated full guest bathroom and a bedroom(queen bed) with direct access to the large back deck and private yard. The upper level has two larger rooms with vaulted knotty pine ceilings & wood beams. Each room has its own private deck. Upper guest room with bunk bed(twin on top, full on bottom) and an additional full bed. The dedicated master comes equipped with a king size bed. Guest access Guest are welcome to utilize the 3 parking spaces in front and to the side of the garage. Do not park in front of the grass yard. There is a chance you will be fined. There is a gated and fenced in area located directly behind the garage that can be utilized as a dog run . Please do not place your pup(s) in the area if they bark excessively. We like to keep our neighbors as happy as our guests. The large back deck is a great place to relax, bbq, and sit by the fire. Off to the side you’ll notice a hot tub. Jump in and have a great time! Please remember that quiet time begins at 10. There is a large hammock on the back lawn which is a great spot for a good book. Other things to note This is our family home and we love it dearly. We think you will too! Currently we are readying the property for its vacation rental debut. Some of the photos are old and don’t depict updates we’ve made to the property and new furnishings we’ve added. We plan to go live with the home rental at the latest, late May. We only allow registered guests to be on the property at any time unless special permission is granted. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The renter needs to provide a photo ID for proof of eligibility to rent the home before the booking is confirmed, per City of South Lake Tahoe. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are designated between 10:00pm and 8:00am and will be strictly enforced. A fine of $1000 will be issued for breaking curfew. Absolutely No Parties. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Cancellation is strict. Many things can go awry. The roads could close due to snow, forest fires, flooding, earthquakes, etc.. On your end, there could be a family emergency, illness, change in plans, etc.. Please invest in Airbnb’s insurance program to avoid any potential headaches. The hot tub will be professionally cleaned and chemically balanced for your enjoyment before every visit and is a part of the cleaning fee. Registration Details 333685
