The space Single story home (no steps) with the following layout: ✹ Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, tv and workspace ✹ Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with workspace and tv ✹ Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with workspace and tv ✹ Living Room - convertible sofa bed Living room is equipped with a smart TV. Please note there is no cable, however, the smart TV allows you to log into your own streaming service like Nextflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, etc. ✹ Kitchen - equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee and tea maker ✹ Laundry Room - washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided ✹ Backyard - gas grill with propane provided Guest access Guest access ✹ GENERAL: The entire inside of the house, backyard and parking area is for your exclusive, private use during your stay. The neighborhood outdoor amenities (pool, hiking trail, recreation area, etc.) are not private. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous to the neighbors in our community. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. A 3rd vehicle would need to park at the street. NO MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home. ✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. ✹ KIDS: We have a no kids/no infants policy due to the specific flooring. 13+ is acceptable. Thank you for understanding. ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ This is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. We welcome guests who want to enjoy the space respectfully. Excessive noise, disruptive drinking, and parties are not permitted. If your group is looking for a loud or rowdy party environment, this property may not be the right fit for you. ✹ 8 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED. All persons on the property need to be disclosed / accounted for on the reservation. This includes any daytime visitors. ✹ Host cannot control 1) weather or 2) damage/conditions caused by other guests, which may affect your use of the pool and outdoor amenities. While we'll strive to ensure everything is perfect, as well as try to remedy if notified of issues upon arrival, they are not guaranteed as photographed. ✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
