Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Standard check in time is 3pm. If our cleaners are finished early we will let you know so you can check in as soon as they are done. Standard check out is 10am. Occasionally when we don’t have a quick turn around we can offer an extended check out time of noon or 1pm. Message for details and availability. FRONT DOOR: Our front door has a smart lock that can be opened with a personal code or remotely. GARAGE: - covered parking for 2 midsize SUVs - Driveway can park 2-4 more vehicles depending on size. Check with host for garage availability. NEIGHBORHOOD: It’s not a gated community so you can come and go as you please and with ease. Very walkable community and walkable trails nearby. Neighborhood amenities like bocci ball, basketball courts are open and not fenced in. The pickleball court is gated and the code will be given to you when you start your stay. Basic Playing materials for the parks and courts will be provided and located in the mudroom for your use and enjoyment. Other things to note FUN FACTS: Gas Hot tub - FAST HEATING - only takes 30 minutes to heat and enjoy. Spa can be heated as you choose year round and is included in your booking price no matter the length of stay. Highest speed internet on site - means you get faster streaming, downloading, and ability to work seamlessly. Outdoor areas maintained by landscaper every 2-4 weeks depending on season - patio and pool area subject to natures elements and frequent dust storms. Cleaners do not maintain this area. Landscapers will leaf blow/ and clear dust each time they are scheduled to come. Onsite Automated massage chair has been a favorite spot for our guests to sit and relax. Entire pool can be heated at additional cost with advanced notice given. Cost to heat whole pool changes depending on time of year. Message me for details and pricing. - For stays longer than 28 days the cost to heat the pool is included in the price. Lights around pool and in the pool make for great night swim experience.
