Guest access ✦ Guests have private access to the entire home and yard, including the pool, backyard, loft, and all interior spaces. A locked closet in the primary bedroom is reserved for owner storage. We aim to have all amenities available for your stay. In rare cases, access may be temporarily limited due to routine maintenance or servicing. If anything comes up, our team will communicate promptly and work to resolve it with minimal disruption. Other things to note ✦ House Rules: 1. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine). 2. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance. 3. No parties or events allowed. 4. Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation. 5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations. 6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night's charge. 7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more. 8. Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
