Main Level The heart of the home features a bright open-concept layout with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, while the dining and living spaces make it easy to gather together. The main level includes: • Primary bedroom with king bed • Two additional bedrooms with queen beds • Full bathroom • Fully equipped kitchen • Open-concept living and dining areas For added comfort, each bedroom includes a Smart TV, DreamEgg sound machine, and fan to help guests relax and sleep comfortably. Lower Level Downstairs you'll find a spacious family room designed for relaxing and spending time together. Enjoy the gas fireplace, comfortable seating, Smart TV, and bar area. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. ✔ All bed linens and blankets are professionally cleaned and provided for beds. ✔Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel ✔We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. ✔ We supply Salt & Pepper, Oil, Creamer & Sugar ✔ We supply starting coffee pods, tea bags and coffee grounds. Firewood, matches and fire starters are not supplied. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood. Occasionally, previous guests leave unused wood near the deck but availability can not be guaranteed. 🐾 Dog-Friendly Stay Traveling with your furry companion? We welcome well-behaved dogs so you can focus on what truly matters during your stay. (Pet fee and house rules apply.) Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard during their stay. We have two locked owners closets, that guests will not have access to. Other things to note ✔Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions. ✔Pets allowed with prior authorization and $110 Pet Fee. Max 2 dogs, 50 lbs. House rules must be followed. ✔Guests must be 21+ and provide a government-issued photo ID. ✔Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance to cover losses against events that prevent a guest from fulfilling the reservation. ✔Guests with ratings below 4 stars may not be eligible for Instant Book. ✔Local bookings require prior approval. ✔New Airbnb users will be asked to provide a refundable $500 damage deposit. ✔Trash Disposal - Please place all trash into the kitchen bin. Excessive trash left behind may result in additional hauling and disposal fees. ✔No smoking/vaping indoors, garage, hot tub area, or within 100 yards of the home. ($1,000 fine if violated) ✔No parties or events ($1,000 fine + cancellation if violated) ✔We have 3 exterior cameras monitoring entrances and outdoor areas for safety and security. No cameras monitor interior spaces. ✔ Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with the House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. ✔Hot Tub Disclaimer We work hard to maintain the hot tub and have it ready for every guest's stay. However, hot tubs are mechanical systems and may occasionally require maintenance, servicing, water changes, or repairs beyond our control. While we will make every reasonable effort to address any issue as quickly as possible, temporary interruptions in hot tub availability do not constitute grounds for refunds, discounts, or compensation. Please note that following water changes, cleaning, or maintenance, the hot tub may require several hours to return to its maximum operating temperature. ✔Fire Pit Stove Use: For the best smokeless experience, keep all firewood below the top rim of the stove. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit during their stay. Rules are Posted at Home. • Use of the fire pit is at your own risk. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Never leave a fire unattended. • Burn only firewood. Do not burn trash, cardboard, leaves, or other materials. • Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving the area or going indoors. • Guests are responsible for complying with any local burn bans or fire restrictions in effect during their stay. ✔ Stays exceeding 28 days require a security deposit and require additional cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest. We use an easy process for your ID verification, & security hold just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. You will have the option of a simple security hold or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee.
