Home Essentials • The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival. Local Regulations • Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits. Key ordinances include: • Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded. • Street parking is prohibited. • Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m. • Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge). Please note: Pets are not allowed. NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used. This home does not have air conditioning. BBQ's, if provided, may not be available during red flag warnings or extreme winter events. Permit: #333571 Other things to note - This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
