Small but cozy room in peaceful Townsend, TN—known as the quiet side of the Smokies. Relax in a comfortable space just minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and beautiful Cades Cove. Enjoy fresh mountain air, nearby hiking, wildlife, and scenic drives. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a simple, relaxing Smoky Mountain getaway. 🌄🌿 The space Small but cozy second-story room with a queen-size Nectar adjustable bed—perfect for resting after a full day exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains. While the room is comfortable and quiet, please note that it does not have an exterior window. If you plan to spend most of your time relaxing in your room, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re here to enjoy the mountains and simply need a clean, comfortable place to sleep and recharge, this room works great. The listed price is for the room only. Guests share two full bathrooms—one downstairs with a shower and one upstairs with a relaxing soaking tub. An upper deck is also available for guests who would like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Coffee and tea are provided. October bookings require a minimum stay of two nights. Kitchen Update: Kitchen use is available by request only for an additional $10 per day. Unfortunately, we have had a few past guests misuse the kitchen and not clean up afterward, so this small fee helps us keep the space clean and well maintained for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, two shared full bathrooms, the upper deck, and the front porch where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. Coffee and tea are available for guests. A fire pit is also available by request, so just let us know if you’d like to use it and we’ll be happy to set it up. During your stay This is our home, so you'll be sharing the space with us and possibly other guests. We are happy to open our home to you, we enjoy meeting new people and want you to feel like you're at home. We are here to answer any questions you may have. Please message me with any questions or concerns, as we want your stay to be an enjoyable one. Since we are welcoming you into our home, we ask you to follow the check in times of 4pm to 8 pm. I would rather you check in early. We want to meet our guests before we just allow them to enter our home after we have gone to bed. Please make arrangements to be here at 8 or before. Thank you for your understanding on this. After we have met, I will give you your door code and you will be free to come and go as you like. Other things to note Please no stays with pet allergies, there are 2 cats on property.
