Here's what we ask: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (please be mindful of the neighbors in the building, especially the unit directly below) No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors No parties or events Max occupancy: 7 guests Guests must be 25+ Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome (under 30 lbs each), $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog; per county ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach A $500 refundable security deposit is required at booking. There will be an additional deposit for 1-night stays. The unit is on the 2nd floor, up two flights of stairs with no elevator — please keep that in mind for anyone with mobility considerations. For your privacy and security, there is a single exterior security camera at the entry (front door) — exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home or on the balconies or rooftop.
