The space This is a private, fully furnished suite attached to our home, with its own keyed entrance — no need to enter through the main house. The home is mid-century and has some of its original charm with its wood beams and fixtures. The space includes a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a countertop oven that toasts, roasts, and air fries, and a coffee maker. Outside, you'll have access to our garden featuring apple and plum trees, a vegetable garden, a rose garden, and seasonal flowers. Everything is grown without pesticides or herbicides, and guests are welcome to pick what's ripe during their stay. There's also an outdoor BBQ and a patio set for relaxing or grilling. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the suite (bedroom, living area, kitchenette, full bathroom) through your own private keyed entrance around back. The patio lounge set is yours to use and enjoy. The backyard and garden are shared spaces, but we do our best to give guests privacy to enjoy them — feel free to relax outside, fire up the BBQ, and pick fruit or vegetables from the garden anytime. Laundry is located in the garage and is shared; we'll provide instructions for use. Other things to note We have two friendly cats who live in the main house — they won't have access to your suite, but if you have allergies keep that in mind as I know some people are very sensitive. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, as sound carries between our living spaces. Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on our schedule — just ask, especially if you're in town for a tournament at Wilson Playfields next door.
