Pet fee: $150 per pet, shown in your price breakdown at booking. • Roads near the cabin may be gravel or unpaved. Uber/Lyft are limited in Broken Bow, so plan to drive. • Pool service visits Tuesdays. Trash is collected from the street Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. • Ring doorbell cameras are at the front and back entrances. There are no cameras inside the home. HOUSE RULES • Check-in: after 4:00 PM · Checkout: before 10:00 AM • Maximum 18 guests (please include children in your guest count) • Up to 2 pets allowed • No parties or events • No smoking or vaping, indoors or out • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • The person booking must be 21 or older and stay at the property • Please keep outdoor noise low during quiet hours; this is a residential vacation neighbourhood. • Pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge safety: children must be supervised by an adult. No glass, food or drinks in the water or sauna; rinse off first. Please close the pool cover when the pool isn't in use. • Please don't adjust pool, spa, sauna or cold plunge equipment or panels; message us if something isn't working. • Pets: please include pets in your booking, keep them out of the pool, hot tub and cold plunge, pick up after them, and don't leave them alone in the cabin. • Please put trash in the outdoor cans during your stay. If you're happy to roll full cans to the street the night before pickup, we appreciate it (optional). • Need the 2 twin roll-out beds?
