Sleeps up to 23 guests. Two white horses roam the property, adding to the one-of-a-kind setting. Guest access Gate access is provided 24 hours before arrival. A unique 4-digit code will be assigned for your stay and deactivated at checkout. The gate opens outward and closes automatically after 60 seconds please back up after entering and do not block the gate. You are responsible for any gate damage caused by you or your guests. Other things to note Cleaning Instructions To help keep the property in excellent condition for future guests, please complete the following before check-out: *Please ensure that all debris and trash are cleaned up before leaving. *Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors and rooms. *Wash, dry, and fold all towels. *Wash and dry all bed sheets and remake the beds if possible. *Clean the refrigerator, removing all food, spills, and personal items. *Clean the stovetop, stove, and oven thoroughly. *Clean all windows and mirrors using glass cleaner. *Clean and sanitize all toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and bathroom surfaces. *Remove all trash from every trash can, including all bathroom trash, and place it in the designated outdoor dumpster. *Return the kitchen, bathrooms, and all living areas to the same clean condition they were in upon your arrival. *Ensure the property is left in its original condition, free of excessive dirt, stains, food, hair, and personal belongings. *Please keep the thermostat set at 70°F during your stay. Do not set the air conditioning below 70°F. *If excessive cleaning is required due to vomit on beds, mattresses, furniture, carpets, rugs, or flooring, an additional cleaning and remediation fee of up to $1,000 may be charged, depending on the extent of the damage and the professional cleaning required. *Guests are responsible for the costs of deep cleaning, sanitization, odor removal, and replacement of damaged items if necessary. *If excessive hair is left on bedding, linens, towels, floors, furniture, or other areas of the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the extent of cleaning required. Failure to leave the property in the required condition may result in additional cleaning charges as permitted under the rental agreement.
