The tenant has their own private entrance. There could be some occasional noise. The tenants will help pulling the trash out and watering plants. EV Charging Overnight EV charging is available from 10 PM to 7 AM using a Tesla Universal Wall Connector (Level 2 charger), compatible with Tesla vehicles and most other EVs (built-in with J1772 adapter). Please let us know before arrival if you plan to use the charger so we can reserve the parking space. Additional Rules & Information To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and our neighbors, please keep the following in mind: _ Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum guest capacity is 7. Any additional unregistered guests over the limit will incur a charge of $100 per person, per night. _No parties, events, celebrations, or large gatherings are permitted. _Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. _Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. _No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking, vaping, or illegal substance use on the premises. _No pets are allowed. _Commercial photography, video production, or business events are not permitted without prior approval. _Please let us know if any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.
