We’ve put a lot of ourselves into this home, creating the kind of stay we love when we travel: wonderfully comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and easy to settle into. From comfortable linens and quality paper products to the shampoo, conditioner and body wash waiting in the showers, we want the little things to feel considered. Our hope is that you notice that care, feel genuinely welcome and spend more time enjoying your trip.   Make the most of your time in the Las Vegas Valley, then come back to a home with plenty to enjoy. Soak in the covered hot tub, challenge each other in the game room, cook a favorite meal or put your feet up on the reclining sectional. Whether you’re here with family or friends, attending a conference or supporting a team, there’s room to spend time together and unwind in your own way. ★ THE PROPERTY ★ 🏠 Our single-story, three-bedroom retreat gives you comfortable spaces to rest and plenty of ways to enjoy time together. There are two full bathrooms, Roku TVs in every bedroom, and larger TVs in the living room and game room. Fast Wi-Fi and a desk in the primary bedroom make it easy to catch up on work, while a Pack ’n Play and high chair help younger guests settle in, too. Three regular beds sleep six, with two single, self-inflating air mattresses available in the living room for a maximum of eight guests. 🌅 BACKYARD The backyard is one of our favorite places to unwind. Ease into the covered hot tub, enjoy a meal from the BBQ or settle around the propane fire pit as the evening cools down. There are several places to sit, mountain views in the distance and cornhole for a little friendly competition. Whether you’re starting the day slowly or relaxing after a busy one, we hope you’ll find a favorite spot of your own. Train tracks run nearby, and passing trains may be heard. 🗺️ LOCATION Enjoy a Henderson home base with easy access to the wider Las Vegas Valley. Spend the day at a conference, tournament or the Strip, then come back to space to relax together. Nearby options include Mission Hills Park for playgrounds, a seasonal splash pad and outdoor recreation, Black Mountain Recreation Center for activities, and Water Street for dining and exploring. Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and historic Boulder City offer more ways to make the most of your visit.
