Guests MUST check current restrictions before using the outdoor fire pit. Search online for current Teller County fire restrictions or contact the local fire district directly. Indoor fires are NOT permitted. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use. Security cameras monitor the front entry and backyard areas for property safety and fire restriction compliance. Unauthorized fires during active restrictions may result in fines and immediate violation of house rules. This home does not have air conditioning because the higher elevation typically provides naturally cooler temperatures. On rare occasions during unusually hot weather, the home may feel warmer than expected.
