The kitchen was fully renovated with a quartz countertops with bar seating for four, stainless appliances, and white shaker cabinets. Everything you need to cook for the group or just gather around. Outside, the private backyard is where this house earns its keep in a Texas summer. The in-ground pool is surrounded by a full outdoor living setup: a large sectional sofa, two chaise lounges, and a shaded umbrella area -- all enclosed by a tall privacy fence. Other things to note • IDENTIFICATION • The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to read/sign and will be asked to provide a copy of their ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed. • POOL RULES • The pool is 7 feet deep at the deep end. Please know your group's swimming ability before getting in. Children must have direct adult supervision in and around the pool at all times, no exceptions. No glass in or near the pool. Please shower before entering to keep the water clean. Be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, and respect the community quiet hours. Swim at your own risk, the host is not responsible for injuries or accidents. • COMMUNITY • We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors. • SECURITY • A door bell cameras is installed at the front entrances and an additional camera overlooks the pool for security and insurance reasons. There are no cameras inside the property. • HOUSE RULES • No Parties. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. No Pets. No Glitter. (Seriously, it gets everywhere.) • CANCELLATION • Our cancellation policy is firm. Trip insurance is highly recommended to ensure you are refunded for any last minute cancellations.
