The home includes two dining areas: a dining table that seats four and a breakfast nook that seats six. KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island and plenty of counter space. Guests will find pots, pans, dinnerware, cooking basics and a Keurig coffee station with starter pods. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard, pool, hot tub, and attached two-car garage. The third-car garage, primary-bedroom owner’s closet, and cleaner’s closet remain locked and are not available to guests. The third-car garage does not connect to the interior of the home. Please note that a garage remote is not provided. The garage can be opened and closed using the interior wall control. Contactless check-in is provided, and a unique front-door access code will be sent 30 minutes before check-in. Other things to note POOL HEATING Optional pool heating is available upon request: • $80 per day • $475 per week • $1,200 per month Please request pool heating in advance if you would like the pool warmed before arrival. Outdoor temperatures, wind, and overnight lows may affect the water temperature, especially during cooler months. HOT TUB Hot-tub use is included with your stay. The backyard controls operate on a timed cycle. Please allow time for the water to reach the desired temperature and do not run the system continuously. PETS This is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted inside or outside the home. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
