Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, private pool, and backyard spaces. The property is equipped with a secure smart lock keyless entry system. You will receive your unique, private access code 48 hours prior to check-in, allowing your entire group to arrive and unpack seamlessly without needing to coordinate keys. Parking: Ample parking is available in the private driveway and along the street directly in front of the home. Exclusions: A designated portion of the indoor garage and select owner's supply closets are securely locked and remain private for maintenance use. ⭐ Optional Resort Clubhouse Amenities Add-On: As our guest, you have the exclusive opportunity to utilize the prestigious Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse, which features a luxurious heated resort pool, sandy beach lagoon, tennis/pickleball courts, and a fully equipped fitness center. To transfer this amenity access to your name for your group, the master HOA requires: A minimum of 10 days' advance notice prior to your check-in date. A $175 HOA transfer fee (paid directly to the host upon booking). Please Note: Club amenity transfers are highly regulated by the HOA, limited in number, and granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Access cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings.
