It is completely separate from the rental unit, with access restricted to authorized personnel only. No staff will be working there during your stay, and the separate spaces will not disturb your privacy or comfort. ➢ Driveway parking is allowed for small SUV and below. Please make sure your car parked in front of the garage on the right side. Left side driveway is belongs to neighbor which is not allowed to park ➢ Medium/Large SUV or Pick Up truck need to park at street parking. ➢ Pets under 30 lbs are welcome — Pet fee is $150 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep pets off the furniture. ➢ The TV has cable, but no streaming accounts are provided — please sign in with your own. ➢ The fireplace is decorative only and may not be used. ➢ The outdoor grill is not available for guest use. ➢ The cooling system is a central air conditioning system; the switch is located in the second-floor hallway near the bathroom door. The heating system is a steam boiler; the switch is on the wall in the dining room on the first floor, leading to the kitchen. ➢ There are indoor stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors and two steps at the entrance — please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility limitations. ➢ Trash: please bag indoor trash and place it in the outdoor bins before departure; the host rolls the bins to the street on Mondays. ⛔️ No smoking of any kind inside the home ⛔️ No parties or events ⛔️ No access to the host's basement unit
