Guests stay in a private downstairs suite with a separate entrance and private bathroom. Enjoy three outdoor areas: a flower-filled patio just outside the guest suite, a secluded garden patio behind the house, and a spacious deck with a water view. The property is designed for relaxation, privacy, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive use of the downstairs guest suite, including a large bedroom, private bathroom, and private entrance. Outdoor spaces include a flower-filled patio just outside the suite, a secluded garden patio, and a spacious deck with a water view. Laundry access and free parking are also available. Other things to note This private guest suite is located within our home and offers its own entrance, dedicated guest spaces, and a peaceful, independent stay. The suite includes a vintage mid-century fold-down desk, providing a comfortable workspace for guests who need to work remotely or simply enjoy a quiet place to write, read, or plan their day. Free parking and self-check-in are available. Guests also have access to a private garden patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping, creating a relaxing outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. The laundry room also serves as the suite’s kitchenette and is intended primarily for downstairs guests. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and basic food preparation essentials. Because the laundry facilities are shared, hosts or guests staying in the upstairs accommodation may occasionally access this space for laundry use. We ask everyone to be courteous and respectful of this shared area. We live on the property and may be present during your stay. The upstairs level of the home may also be rented to other guests. While we respect guests’ privacy, we are available if you need assistance or local recommendations. To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone on the property, we ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per stay applies. Pets must be house-trained, cleaned up after, and not left unattended for extended periods. When outdoors, dogs must be kept on a leash or under reliable voice control at all times. Please be respectful of the gardens, neighboring guests, and shared outdoor spaces. Please note that a resident cat lives on the property. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets do not chase, harass, or disturb the cat, other guests, wildlife, or neighboring properties. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of the guest.
