This gorgeous Kiawah Island retreat is located perfectly between the 18th hole of Turtle Point, the Roy Barth Tennis Center (top ranked in America), and the pristine Kiawah Island Beach. We've personally designed this home as a spacious retreat for families and couples groups alike. Two beautiful verandas, a spacious living space and kitchen, a game room, and 6 primary bedrooms (plus an added bonus room) provide ample places for adults, teens, and children to find their own special spot! The space Our family loves to gather together on Kiawah Island. This house was purchased from the original owners who also used it for their family get away. It works for an adults only retreat or for families with kids from young to old. Outfitted for indoor and outdoor fun there will be a unique spot everyone can find to enjoy and relax. Upstairs has five bedrooms (yes - five). The front room (facing the ocean) is the largest and is appointed with a California King as well as a daybed. It has a private ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. On the back side of the upper floor you will find a full balcony with walk-out doors from three bedrooms. This balcony looks onto the fairway of the 18th hole of Turtle point. It has a gas fire-table and several lounge chairs for relaxing. All three bedrooms are appointed with large-screen TVs and queen beds. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two twin beds and a third trundle bed (under the lowest bunk). Two additional full bathrooms are on the upper level as well as the washer and dryer. The main level has the primary master bedroom with a king bed, couch, large screen TV, and full master bathroom. This room is adjacent to the game room with a pull out couch, poker table, large screen TV, and rocking chair. The biggest draw on the main level is the expansive and newly furnished kitchen and dining area. Everyone enjoys the oversized center island where chef can prepare a meal while interacting with guests and family. This open plan kitchen blends nicely into outdoor entertaining on the back deck or into the large family room in the center of the house. The final surprise awaits those looking to enjoy a game of pool or ping pong. Setup for privacy this extra entertaining space works well for teenagers and adults alike. Outside you will find yourself just a few steps from the Ocean Green swimming pool (two houses down the street). Laid out to be enjoyed exclusively by families and guests of the Ocean Green owners it is a quiet and calm gated pool accessible with your key fob. Finally, the best for last. Every evening walk outside to hear the wonderful sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch. The beach is an eight minute walk (depending on your route) and you will find chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach side of the dunes. Take a bike and ride on the beach side - it is a ride you’ll never forget! Guest access Guests will have access to all bedrooms and bathrooms and all rooms in the house. Locked Owner storage space, locked janitors closets, and the locked garage are not available for guest use.
