Welcome to your South Lake Tahoe basecamp! This modern 1,170 sq ft second-floor condo is nestled in a quiet residential community, yet close to everything Tahoe has to offer. Walk 15 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to Whole Foods, and nearby restaurants, bike, paddleboard, and boat rentals. Ride directly from the condo to renowned mountain bike trails. Heavenly Resort and Stateline are less than 2 miles away. Enjoy the community pool, year-round hot tub, large smart TVs, and fast Wi-Fi. The space This modern 1,170 sq ft condo has been thoughtfully remodeled and designed for comfort. Despite being part of a condo community, the home feels quiet and private — there are no neighbors on one side, and the adjacent lot is used for snow storage in the winter, creating extra space and separation. Inside, the open‑concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area (seating for 6), and living room, which also includes three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area features modern lighting, ceiling fans, a cozy fireplace that turns on with the touch of a button, and an 85" 4K smart TV with high‑fidelity surround sound and ceiling speakers in the dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, premium coffee and tea options, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. You'll also find pantry staples, condiments, and other household items that we enjoy and find convenient ourselves—hopefully saving you a trip to the market for a forgotten ingredient or household item. Please feel free to use anything you'd like during your stay. To reduce waste, we intentionally keep unopened and non-perishable items for future guests, so don't be surprised to find a well-stocked pantry. Our cleaning team removes expired and perishable items. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 55" 4K smart TV, a ceiling fan, a small workspace desk, and an en‑suite bathroom with a rain shower and a Moen bidet toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a 55" 4K TV, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom features a twin‑over‑full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a 45" TV, and a ceiling fan. This home is ideally suited for 4–6 guests, especially families or small groups. Both bathrooms are updated and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. The shared bathroom includes double sinks and a tub/shower combo, offering flexibility and convenience for guests. Inside the unit, you’ll also have a full‑size washer and dryer. Fast, reliable Wi‑Fi consistently clocks above 500 Mbps, and keyless entry makes check‑in simple and seamless. For planning your adventures, the home includes a full‑size Lake Tahoe trail map that’s perfect for mapping out hikes, mountain bike routes, and lake‑side paths. At the end of the street, there is an elementary school. When school is out, neighborhood kids — including ours — often enjoy the open field and playground. A few blocks away, you’ll find the local golf course and a network of flat, bike‑friendly trails that you can reach without riding on the road until you get to the trail entrance near the golf course, making it easy to explore the area. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s heated pool, which has a generous depth and plenty of seating with tables for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The year‑round hot tub is perfect after a day of skiing or hiking, and we’ve had great experiences with quick Uber Eats deliveries to the pool area. ⭐ Feature Highlights Quiet, private location with no neighbor on one side Open‑concept kitchen, dining, and living area 85" 4K TV + high‑fidelity surround sound Fireplace with touch‑button start Modern lighting + ceiling fans in every room Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances King bedroom with workspace + en‑suite rain shower and bidet Queen bedroom + bunk room with twin‑over‑full and trundle Double‑sink bathroom with tub/shower combo Full‑size washer and dryer 500+ Mbps high‑speed Wi‑Fi Heated pool + year‑round hot tub Full‑size Lake Tahoe trail map for planning adventures Flat trails to Bijou Park a few blocks away, with no road riding until the trail entrance Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and the in‑unit washer and dryer. The home features keyless entry for a smooth and flexible check‑in. You’ll also have access to the private deck/balcony, where you’re welcome to use the portable 3‑burner grill for outdoor cooking. Most of the kitchen cabinet space is open for your use. A few cabinets contain supplies and will be clearly labeled and locked. We kindly ask that guests avoid pulling on these locked cabinets, as the internal lock mechanisms can be damaged if forced. On the side of the condo, there is a dedicated outdoor storage box stocked with beach essentials for your stay, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and beach toys — making lake days easy and convenient. Guests can also enjoy the community’s heated pool (seasonal) and year‑round hot tub, both just a short walk from the unit. The pool area includes seating and tables, offering a comfortable place to relax or enjoy a meal. Parking: Parking is unassigned, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Guests may use any available space. We generally use just one of the two spaces closest to the condo unless unloading, and we appreciate guests doing the same as a courtesy to our neighbors. We’ve never had trouble finding parking close to the condo, and the community does an excellent job keeping the parking area cleared of snow during winter. In addition to the full‑size washer and dryer inside the unit, there is also a community laundry room located near the pool area if you need extra capacity during your stay. Other things to note The City of South Lake Tahoe requires all short‑term rental guests to review and sign the official Good Neighbor Agreement before check‑in. It’s a quick electronic signature and only takes a moment. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, with up to 2 additional children aged 13 and under not counting toward that limit. After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive the link to sign the required form before arrival. If you’d like to review the official City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Agreement ahead of time, you can find it on the City’s website under “Document Center” → “Vacation Home Rentals” → “Good Neighbor Contract.” Tahoe has been our family’s year‑round getaway for many years, and this condo has been the center of countless summer and winter memories. This is the first time we’re sharing it with guests, and we’ve prepared it with the same care we put into our own stays. We hope it becomes a place where you make great memories as well.
