Additional Long Stay Requirements (For Stays of 30+ Nights) For these long-stay bookings, the primary guest must complete a soft credit screening and provide an SSN as part of our long-stay qualification process. • Minimum score: 640+ • Soft check only: this does not affect your credit score Guest Access Policy Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved, will have access to the apartment, and all complex amenities. If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. The building staff can then smoothly facilitate their entry. Please note that you may have at most up to two approved outside visitors at any given time. Additionally, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of three persons within the apartment at any time. We respectfully emphasize that this policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine.
