Jacuzzi (Spa) Rules * Use of the jacuzzi is not included in the reservation fee. There is an additional cost for activating the jets and heating. Please request it in advance. * The use of glass or beverages in glass containers is not allowed in or around the jacuzzi. * Shower before entering to help keep the water clean. * Do not add soaps, oils, salts, foam, or any other product to the water. * Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. * Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. * Maintain the proper water level and do not manipulate any controls other than those indicated. * After use, replace the cover correctly to maintain the temperature and protect the equipment. * Any damage caused by misuse may result in an additional charge according to the Airbnb policies. No smoking * It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. * No cigarettes, cigars, vapes or any other tobacco or nicotine products are allowed inside the property. * Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges for cleaning and odor removal. Illegal substances and illicit activities * The possession, use, distribution or storage of illegal drugs or substances on the property is strictly prohibited. * No illegal activities are allowed in or around the property. * Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and may be reported to the competent authorities. Pets * No pets of any kind are allowed inside the property. * Guests who bring pets in without authorization may be subject to additional cleaning or damage fees. Parties and noise * No unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. * Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially at night.
