Enjoy seamless, secure check-in via electronic lockbox. The space Welcome to Your Southern Highlands Casita! We want your arrival and stay to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Here is a quick breakdown of what to expect when you arrive and how to navigate your space. 📍 Arrival & Entry Instructions: Parking: Exclusive street parking is available on the street right next to the casita. Finding the Entrance: After parking, walk a few steps you enter through the white metal gate by pulling the lock lever in the middle of the gate to the side so the gate can swing open. The casita is located directly inside. Getting the Key: The electronic lockbox is attached to the metal pipe just to the right of the front door, right underneath the entrance light. Check-In Details: You will receive a separate message the morning of your stay with your personalized lockbox code, along with specific instructions for the sliding door lock. Sleeping & Storage Arrangements: The Main Bed: A comfortable Queen-size bed is ready for your stay. Extra Guests (Up to 4 Total): If you are traveling with a larger group, you will find an additional Queen-size mattress and fresh sheets stored inside the walk-in closet to set up on the floor. Storage: Keep your things organized using the spacious dresser and the full walk-in closet. Bathroom & Amenities: Full Bath: Features a shower, a relaxing bathtub, a toilet with bidet, a sink, and a dedicated vanity/makeup station. Tech & Entertainment: Enjoy a flat-screen TV and blazing-fast high-speed internet, boosted by a dedicated Wi-Fi extender box located right inside the casita. Dining & Workspace: A versatile, rolling/folding dining table with chairs can be easily set up for meals, remote work, or just hanging out. Kitchenette Essentials: Equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, microwave, and a coffee maker to kickstart your mornings. Climate Control: Stay perfectly comfortable year-round with a powerful AC/heating system adjusted via the wall-mounted climate panel, complemented by a breezy ceiling fan. Guest access Guest Access & Privacy During your stay, you will enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to your own dedicated spaces. Exclusive Parking: You have your own dedicated, exclusive parking spot located right outside the casita. The Casita: The entire casita is yours, completely separate from the main residence. There is a Queen size bed in the Casita and two people can comortable sleep in the bed. For larger groups, there is also a Queen size foldable mattress in the walk in closet with sheets and comforter. The Main House: The rest of the property is occupied by the host and is not accessible to casita guests, ensuring a quiet and private stay for everyone. However, the host is next door and immediately available to help with any issues so please feel free to reach out. Other things to note No parties allowed and no smoking inside the Casita. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. We allow longer stays.
