Guest access Guests have exclusive access to both Rice House and Bean House during their stay. This includes access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, laundry rooms, driveways, and outdoor spaces at both homes. The garage and designated owner storage areas are not accessible to guests. Both homes are reserved exclusively for your group and are not shared with other guests. Other things to note • Strictly no parties or events • Sleeps up to 12 guests (including children and infants) • Pets are welcome when booking both homes, but they must remain in Rice House, our designated pet-friendly home. Bean House is maintained as a pet-free home. ***Important for guests with pet allergies: - Rice House is also offered separately as a pet-friendly home, so dogs may have stayed there previously. We professionally clean the home between reservations, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. - Bean House is our no-pet home and is the better choice for guests with pet allergies.*** • No smoking or vaping • Quiet residential neighborhood • Park on driveways only. The driveways can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. • Garage is not accessible to guests. • Shared Level 2 EV charging available by advance request; additional fee applies. • Self check-in with smart lock on both properties. • Please close and latch the walkway gate after entering or exiting the property.
