The first floor offers a master suite with a king bed, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a queen-size suite and two children's bedrooms—one with a full-size bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds. Ideal accommodation for the entire family. - The kitchen is a well-equipped and stylish space with modern amenities. It features a variety of cooking utensils, tableware, and glassware. The open design connects the kitchen seamlessly to the dining area and living room, facilitating social interaction while enjoying a delightful cooking experience. - The private backyard pool offers a refreshing retreat for you and your family. You can take a leisurely swim, bask in the sun on comfortable loungers, or unwind in the shaded relaxation area. - The garage is not open to the public. But we have a vast parking space outside the house, which allows four cars to park. - This property comes with a washer, dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. You will be given a digit code before arrival for easy self-check-in with Smart Lock. Just enter the code on arrival, walk right in, and start enjoying your stay. We'll send a welcome information package before your stay with everything you need, including the door code for keyless entry, house rules, etc. Specific directions: Before entering, please present your ID to the security guard at the gate for registration and let them know you'll be staying at 115 Castlemain Cir. Other things to note - No Smoking Indoors - No Marijuana - No Pet - No Party - No Event Pool heating is an additional service, and the fee is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate. Pool heating: $30 per night. Pool heating may not work effectively when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F in winter. It is not recommended to book pool heating service during this time.
