Welcome to our home in beautiful Heber Valley! We're so glad you chose to stay here. Whether you came for world-class skiing, summer adventures, or just to breathe fresh mountain air — you've picked one of Utah's best-kept secrets. Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, cozy fireplace and syrups for your own Dirty Soda Bar. Parking for 4 cars and centrally located in Heber City - less than 20 minutes to Park City, 10 minutes to Deer Valley and 35 minutes to SLC. The space Coyote Cottage is your mountain home away from home. This brand-new single-family home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 6 guests in tastefully designed modern ski chalet vibe. Just 10 minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Jordanelle area, 15 minutes to Park City proper, 20 minutes to Kimball Junction/Park City and 3 Minutes to Downtown Heber it's perfectly positioned for skiing, hiking, lake-life, and year-round adventure. THE SPACE The home offers parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 inside garage, 2 in driveway), with storage for skis and snowboards and complementary sleds. BEDROOMS: Primary Suite 1: Upper Floor, King Bed w Ensuite Guest Bedroom 2: Upper Floor, King Bed Guest Bedroom 3: Upper Floor, King Bed BATHROOMS: Primary Ensuite Bathroom has double sinks, walk in shower, tub and toilet. Jack and Jill Bathroom between 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms with Tub/Shower, toilet and 2 private sinks. Clean Towels and Dry Facial Towels for make up removal included. WASHER & DRYER: A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the upper floor near the bedrooms. HEAT & COOLING: Air Conditioning Unit and Central Heating throughout the home. HIGH SPEED WiFi: WiFi service is provided by Fastel at 1Gbps Download speed. MODERN CONVENIENCES: A beautiful fully equipped chefs kitchen features a fridge with built in filtered water, freezer with ice maker, gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and full set of baking and cooking essentials. The pantry is stocked with cooking dry goods - flour, sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and corn starch. We do our best to monitor expiration dates, however consumption is fully at the guests discretion and the host takes no responsibility for the consumables. Fully stocked for entertaining with serving plates, bowls, and glasses for 12 guests. The large dining room table seats 6 and the large kitchen island has additional seating for 2. DIRTY SODA BAR: A Utah Favorite! We have included 8 complimentary syrups for you to make your own (or add to your coffee!). Just find your favorite soda, cream and lime at the nearby store less than 5 minutes away. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: We are located in the new Coyote Ridge neighborhood just East of highway 40 on the North side of Heber City. Our portion of the neighborhood is complete so construction noise is not an issue. Deer Valley's new East Village is about 7 minutes away. Park City proper is 15 minutes away. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. EV CHARGING: The property is not equipped with EV charging, however 4 ChargePoint stations are located in Heber City approx 2 miles away. Note: Heber City is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access Door Code will be provided the morning of your arrival. Other things to note Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
