Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, garage, and driveway. Other things to note To help ensure a great experience for both our guests and our neighbors, please review the following important information before and during your stay. 🤝 Quiet Neighborhood Our home is located in a peaceful residential community. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🚫 No Parties or Events Parties, events, celebrations, large gatherings, or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. Any activity that creates excessive noise, additional traffic, or disturbs the neighborhood may result in the reservation being terminated in accordance with Airbnb policies. 🚗 Parking Policy (Please Read Carefully) Parking is limited to 4 vehicles maximum: 🚘 Two vehicles inside the garage 🚙 Two vehicles in the driveway Please do not: Park on the street. Block the sidewalk. Block neighboring driveways. Park on the lawn. Our HOA actively enforces parking regulations, and vehicles parked in violation of community rules or local ordinances may be cited or towed at the vehicle owner's expense. 👥 Registered Guests Only Only the guests included in your reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been given through Airbnb.
