We can't wait to host you! The space This is a basement apartment. There is a full flight of stairs to reach the entrance. We live full-time above the apartment with our children. Please, no animals. Because we share an HVAC system and are highly allergic to animals, Airbnb has authorized us to charge a $200 fee for the extraordinary measures needed after an animal is in our home. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment with separate entrance and parking for 2 tandom cars in the gravel on the side of our home. Other things to note Please no animals. We are highly allergic to cats and dogs and we do not have a separate A/C Heating system, as we live upstairs.
