Other things to note 🕐 Check-In & Check-Out We offer early check-in and late check-out when available at $25 per hour. This depends on whether another guest is arriving the same day, as we prioritize a thorough professional cleaning between stays. Please request in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. 🧹 Professional Cleaning The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival. Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided for your convenience. Mid-stay cleaning services may be available upon request for an additional fee. 🏊 Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested before arrival. Pool heating applies to the entire duration of your stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during cooler winter months, heating performance may vary depending on outdoor temperatures. While the system operates continuously, water temperatures can be affected by weather conditions. 🧼 Pool Service The pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule to ensure it remains clean and enjoyable throughout your stay. Following heavy rain or windy weather, minor debris may occasionally appear and is typically cleared during the next scheduled service. 🍔 BBQ Grill A complimentary BBQ grill is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for propane refills should additional fuel be needed during their stay. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Stays We welcome up to 2 pets with prior approval and a $175 pet fee per reservation. Pets must be supervised, leashed when outdoors, and not left unattended in the home unless properly crated. 🚗 Parking Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking, RVs, trailers, campers, and commercial vehicles are not permitted within the community per HOA regulations. 🌧 Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, particularly during Florida's hurricane season (June 1 – November 30).
