Here are some tips for a great stay on a historic vintage boat; a smooth experience relies on the proper functioning of the generators and guest cooperation! 😃 Tip 1 - The gasoline generator must remain on during the day to power the boat's electrical systems, including air conditioning, the mini-fridge, the microwave, and fans. This generator is located at the stern (rear) of the boat. / Tip 2 - There is an electric generator inside the boat that supplies general power at night after the gasoline generator is turned off. This unit powers the lighting, mini-fridge, microwave, and fans. / Tip 3 - There is a smaller electric generator with three extra batteries dedicated solely to powering the air conditioning at night. This generator holds a charge for approximately 3 hours; the extra battery pack must be connected a few minutes before the generator's power runs out. The batteries and cable are located next to this generator. / Tip 4 - The ceiling lights run on battery power and turn on with a touch to the center of the fixture. We have these lights throughout the boat. / Tip 5 - There is a smaller generator kept outside to power the water pump when water is needed for showers and sinks. The toilets are septic-style and have their own pump located next to the bowl, which must be used after every flush. There is also an outdoor shower with recycled water on the upper deck for your use. / Tip 6 - The boat's central door must remain closed while the generator and air conditioning are running. / Tip 8 - You need to empty the water collected from the air conditioning unit when the catch bucket is half full to prevent it from overflowing. / Tip 9 - The electric grill should be used outside the boat, ideally on the upper deck on the designated table. / Tip 10 - Life jackets must be worn when using the canoe to prevent accidents, and you should always enter and exit via the ladder fixed to the side of the boat. / Tip 11 - A spare gas tank will always be available in case the generator runs out of fuel; this tank can be connected by the host or the guest, following the host's instructions. Note: The host is available 24 hours a day to resolve any issues or answer any questions!!
