Use of the Pools, Tennis Courts and other HOA amenities are pay per use. Passes are necessary for use of the swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, parks, beaches, playground, and volleyball court. Tahoe Keys Amenity Access (Vacation Renters): Vacation renters staying fewer than 30 days must visit the Tahoe Keys Pavilion Office during normal business hours to obtain their amenity access card. Please bring a copy of your reservation and a valid state-issued photo ID; a photo will be taken for your card. Children age five and under do not require a card. Your amenity card must be carried when using Association facilities, including pools, spas, tennis and pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, beaches, and the volleyball court. Each cardholder may bring up to three guests and must remain with them at all times; children five and under do not count toward this limit. Amenity fees are $50 for stays under 14 days, $100 for stays of 14–21 days, and $150 for stays of 21–30 days.
