The resort is at a high elevation of 6995 ft. Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse and presidential suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in. Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. And is equipped with limited electric vehicle charging stations. Guests must comply with all resort occupancy and parking policies. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The outdoor pools are seasonal, closed fall through late spring annually, weather permitting.
