The space While the home sits on a main road, traffic quiets after 5 p.m., creating a peaceful evening setting. Enjoy the private back deck for coffee or relaxing under the stars, complete with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Inside, the home includes a well-equipped cooking space with a microwave, electric range, and toaster. The primary bedroom features a premium queen hybrid mattress. The loft has two twin beds, great for kids or friends. A semi-climate-controlled Arizona room offers extra space to relax, read, or play games, and also houses a beverage station with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, a wine fridge, and bar accessories. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the entire main house, including the private back deck, and semi-climate-controlled Arizona room. We simply ask that you be mindful of guests who may be staying in the detached studio, as it has its own private entrance and separate outdoor space to ensure everyone's privacy. Traveling with a larger group? The detached studio may also be available to accommodate additional guests. Please contact the host before booking if you'd like to reserve both spaces together, and we'll do our best to make it available. Other things to note Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $25 fee with prior approval. Please contact the host in advance to check availability. Before You Leave: Please turn off all lights, small appliances, air conditioners, the fireplace, and any other unnecessary electrical items..
