Other things to note **Waterfront & Kayak Safety** This is a waterfront property with direct access to the shoreline and complimentary kayaks for guest use. Please note that all water activities are undertaken at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and water conditions can change unexpectedly. Coast Guard-approved life jackets must be worn while using the kayaks, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times near the water. By using the waterfront or kayaks, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water activities and accept responsibility for their own safety. Additional Info About the Home 🛶 The private dock belongs to the property. Lake access from the dock is shared with one neighboring family whose home is located behind the property. They may occasionally access the lake using the dock. 📅 About the Reservation 🔐 Identity Verification: By booking our home, you agree to complete a third-party identity verification. The screening must be completed within 3 days of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first, to fully confirm your reservation.
