Our owner-occupied home is thoughtfully maintained to provide a spotless, relaxing stay in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. The homeowner lives on-site with two friendly, well-behaved small dogs. Guests enjoy one of three beautifully appointed private bedrooms upstairs, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Unwind in the peaceful backyard, where a scenic walking trail and gentle stream create the perfect setting to relax and recharge. Whether you’re visiting Austin for business or leisure, you’ll enjoy a warm, home-like experience with the comfort and thoughtful touches of a boutique stay. Guest access Guest Access To help make your stay comfortable, you are welcome to use the following areas of the home: * Your reserved bedroom(s) upstairs. * The shared upstairs bathroom, which is available for guests staying on the second floor. Please help keep it clean and tidy after each use. * The kitchen and kitchenware, including cookware, dishes, utensils, the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We kindly ask that you wash and return all items after use. * The downstairs guest restroom, which is also available for your convenience. Please note that the remaining areas of the home are private and reserved for the homeowner. Your bedroom is upstairs, and you’ll be sharing the upstairs bathroom with other guests if it’s occupied. You’re welcome to use the kitchen and any kitchenware you need. We just ask that you clean up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the space. There’s also a guest restroom downstairs that you’re welcome to use anytime.
