While simpler in its architectural details, it offers the same thoughtful design and comfortable layout found throughout Halsey Guesthouse. Throughout our multi-year restoration, we carefully preserved the architectural details that make Victorian homes so special. Original woodwork, fireplaces, stained glass, built-in cabinetry, shutters, millwork, and doors were restored wherever possible rather than replaced. Our goal wasn’t to recreate history—it was to allow the building to continue telling its story while preparing it for another century of welcoming guests. Thank you for helping preserve a piece of Brooklyn’s history. Guest access Guests have private access to their accommodation and shared access to the common hallways and entry areas. Self check-in makes arriving simple, whether you’re arriving early in the day or late in the evening. Important Information • Our standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of $45 per service. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange either option. • Luggage storage is not available, as we do not have a secure, designated area for guests' personal belongings.
