Each offers complete privacy with its own entrance, pool, and living spaces. For larger gatherings, both homes can be reserved together while still maintaining a sense of space and seclusion. Other things to note Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement after booking. There is nothing noteworthy or unreasonable in the agreement, but more so an agreement to respect and care for the property, indemnify the host of liability regarding pool usage, etc. Bringing your furry friend? We’d love to have them! Our home welcomes 1 pet per stay for a $200 pet fee. Traveling with more than one? Reach out before booking.
