Only registered guests will have access to the apartment and common areas. • The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. • Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and food are not permitted in the pool and jacuzzi areas. • For hygiene reasons, guests must shower before using the pool or jacuzzi. Sunscreen oils, tanning products, aerosols, bath salts, and foam products are not permitted. • Please do not walk through the building in swimwear or while wet. Guests must be properly dressed when using the elevators and indoor common areas, as this is a residential building where many families live. • The building has a gym; however, it is exclusively for permanent residents and is not included as part of the apartment's amenities. • The property is equipped with security cameras throughout the common areas to help ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas. The designated smoking area is located on the ground floor near the security gate. • Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee of **USD $50**.
