Your perfect home away from home in Jacksonville! This fun 3BR, 2BA Pool home has plenty of space for family trips, work, or a relaxing getaway. The home is only about 15 mins drive from the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville. Come kick back and make yourself at home! PLEASE READ BELOW! Access is via sand/gravel roads. The road is unpaved and is uneven in certain areas. After rain, some uneven areas or puddles may appear. The space This spacious heated pool home will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list. Wood floors extend throughout the living room and kitchen. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space. It's perfect for all travel needs. Please note that the pool is heated and the cost is $40/day. Please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance if you want the pool heated so we can set it up for you. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Anything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! It is perfect for those who want to enjoy a delicious meal while having the TV on. ★ BEDROOMS ★ The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with large ensuite bathroom designed to provide you with the perfect resting experience. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom features a Full over Queen bunkbed. The office area also features a Sleeper Sofa that can sleep 2 comfortably. Please use the makeup towels to remove makeup** Guest access You can access the home any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Other things to note 💦 Pool Rules • NO diving • NO running • NO food • NO glass (if glass is broken inside pool there will be a MINIMUM of S1000 fine assessed) • NO rough play • Watch your children at all times • Do NOT throw rocks or any objects into the pool → $250 fine • Do NOT tamper with any of the pool eqipment → $250 fine • Use of the pool is at your own risk • The host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents Parking: You can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveways depending on size of the vehicles. Please DO NOT park in or block another driveway or park on the street for any amount of time as your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour. Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed. Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter. Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $1000 fee assessed which includes smoking of any kind or bringing unauthorized pets. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything. For any stays less than 30 days we advise to NOT send anything to the property via US postal service. If you request deliveries through other carriers please advise to deliver to the front door only. If a delivery comes to the mailbox and your stay is less than 30 days we can not gurantee you will receive it during your stay and are not responsible for any mail/package that are lost or stolen.
