This is the main house at Pickleball Paradise — 22 people can fit on this property, but this listing is your group's 14-person slice of it, with the same heated pool, sports courts, and citrus grove that make this place a legend. A separate casita on the same property sleeps up to 8 more and may be booked by another group during your stay — more on that below. Out back, you and any other guests on the property share a backyard that rivals a high-end resort: custom landscaping and lighting, a waterfall cascading into the Heated Pebble-Tec pool, a jacuzzi, putting green, ping-pong table, BBQ grill, ladder ball, basketball, pickleball, and cornhole. Cool off in the shade under the waterfall, or rinse off at the outdoor shower. The covered travertine patio has plenty of seating out of the sun. The yard is lined with 76 orange and 5 grapefruit trees, with a picking station set up and ready to go — oranges are great for marmalade, grapefruits for eating or juicing. Inside the main house, you'll find a wine bar upstairs and a full bar downstairs with a commercial ice maker for the hot days. The basement game room has 4 arcade machines (Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter, Fast & Furious, and Street Fighter with 500+ games built in), a custom poker table that seats 10, and a large smart TV for sports or movie nights. The kitchen is built for a crowd: oversized fridge, gas cooktop, dual ovens, dual dishwashers, and seating for 27 in the dining room. Two 86" TVs anchor the main living room, with more large TVs in the bar and kitchen/dining area, and 55" smart TVs throughout the rest of the house. Mesh WiFi covers the whole home. Either can be extended in advance for a fee, or we'll do our best to accommodate day-of. Access the privacy you desire with your unique Main House access code. Pool Heat is available October–May only, takes about 2 full days to reach the desired 80°F given the pool's size and depth, and must be requested for the entirety of your stay (not partial stays). Pool heat is $125/day when the Main House is booked alone. If the Casita is also occupied during your stay, the pool heat fee is split 50/50 between the two households ($63/day each). Pool heat should be paid at booking but can be added up to 2 days before check-in; the fee is non-refundable. Please request at least 72 hours in advance — requests within 72 hours of check-in incur a one-time $85 convenience charge. Cleans are required at minimum every 14 days for long-term bookings, with cleaning fees paid by the guest. Have kids? Wonderful, so do we — pack and play available for use. No pets allowed. Undisclosed pets are subject to fines of up to $1,000, with additional charges for damage or deep cleaning. Smoking indoors is a $1,000 fee. If the backyard garage door is open, no smoking in the backyard is permitted. Absolutely no parties or events without prior approval. One guest beyond those booked constitutes an event and requires prior approval. Violations are punishable by up to a $5,000 fine. Fireplace use: all fireplaces in the home are decorative only and not operational.
