Downstairs – Step-Free Living The lower level is especially convenient for guests who are unable or prefer not to use stairs. There are no steps required to enter the home, and the front entrance features double doors that can both open fully, creating a wide and accessible entry. Downstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 separate living rooms, a dining area, and a full kitchen stocked with the essentials needed to prepare and serve most meals. This layout allows guests who cannot go upstairs to have everything they need—including bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining space, and comfortable living areas—all on one level. Upstairs Upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing plenty of extra sleeping space and privacy for larger groups. The spacious primary bathroom also features a separate large soaking tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Vegas, competing, or spending the day at the rodeo. With bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels, the home works especially well for multiple families, extended families, teams, and groups traveling together. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, driveway, and backyard during their stay.
