An additional fee will apply for all approved early check-ins or late check-outs. Parking Parking is available in the driveway only. A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted. Please do not park on or drive on the grass. Parking in the garage is not permitted. Garage Access Garage access is available for an additional $75 per stay. Please contact us in advance to request garage access. Access is subject to availability and is permitted only for guests who have paid the additional fee. House Rules To help us maintain a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home and to respect our neighbors, please observe the following guidelines throughout your stay. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation may enter or stay at the property. Any additional guests must receive prior approval from the host and will incur an additional $50 per guest, per night. Please contact us before inviting anyone who is not included on the reservation onto the property. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must remain at the property during the reservation. No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, events, and disruptive activities are not permitted. No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes when entering the home. This helps us maintain the cleanliness of the floors and furnishings for all guests. No Smoking or Vaping Inside the Property Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, and screened porch. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation of the smoking or vaping policy. Pets Pets are not permitted on the property unless specifically approved in advance by the host. Food & Drinks Please avoid eating or drinking in the beds. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning required because of excessive stains, spills, or messes. Furniture Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture from its designated location. Respect Our Neighbors Please be considerate of neighboring residents throughout your stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, television, conversations, vehicles, and other noise at a respectful level, particularly during quiet hours. Illegal Activities Illegal activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Security & Safety Exterior security cameras are present on the property for the safety and security of our guests and property. Please do not cover, disconnect, move, damage, or otherwise interfere with exterior security cameras or other safety devices. Smoke detectors and other safety equipment must not be removed, disabled, covered, or tampered with. A fire extinguisher is located underneath the kitchen sink. In an emergency, please call 911 (tel:911). Doors & Windows Whenever you leave the property: Confirm that all exterior doors are completely closed and locked. Please do not open the windows. Adjust the thermostat to 78°F. Washer & Dryer The washer and dryer are available at no additional charge for stays of 5 days or more. For stays of fewer than 5 days, washer and dryer access may be reserved for an additional $30 fee per stay. When using the laundry equipment: Please do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use. Do not leave wet laundry sitting in the washer for extended periods. Tempur-Pedic Adjustable Beds The bedrooms feature Tempur-Pedic adjustable beds for your comfort. The adjustable-bed remotes are located on the nightstands. Please return the remotes to the nightstands after use. Trash The trash area is located outside, to the right side of the garage. Trash day is Tuesday morning. Please place trash in the designated outdoor bins and follow the property’s collection schedule. Before checkout, please make sure all trash has been placed in the appropriate outdoor bins. Damages & Maintenance Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice any damage, malfunction, leak, maintenance concern, or other issue with the property. We understand that accidents can happen. Promptly letting us know gives us an opportunity to address the issue and prevent further damage. Before Check-Out Before departing, please: Place all trash in the designated outdoor bins. Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher. Return adjustable-bed remotes to the nightstands. Return household items to their proper locations. Make sure all windows are closed. Make sure all exterior doors are closed and locked. Set the thermostat to 78°F. Double-check the home for personal belongings. Thank you for helping us care for our home. Need Anything?
